Quentin Boulanger advises French and international financial institutions (bank and institutional lenders) as well as sponsors (industrialists, developers and investment funds) and public actors involved in the development and financing of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
He joined De Pardieu’s Debt Finance and Project Development and Financing teams in 2025.
