Antoine Payen specialised in banking and finance with a specific expertise in project finance. He advises arrangers (banks and other financial institutions) and sponsors on complex infrastructure, PPP, concessions and energy financing transactions, in France and abroad.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, he holds a Post Master Degree in banking and finance law from the University of Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne and a Post Master Degree in business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon – Assas.

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in October 2010, and was appointed as Partner in 2021.
