Advising the venders on the financing of the aquatic center of Maurepas-Elancourt

Advising Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Ile-de-France on the setting-up of the investments’ financing relating to the public service delegation contract as a concessive model concluded on 6 January 2020 between the city of Maurepas and the company CASTALIA, owned by Eiffage and Swimdoo, concerning the conception, the construction and the management of the aquatic center Maurepas-Elancourt, for a duration of 25 years.
