Advising Beauce Energie in connection with the development, financing and operation of a 51 MW wind farm in Eure-et-Loir département

Advising Beauce Energie in connection with the development of a project relating to the construction, financing and operation of a 51 MW wind farm in Eure-et-Loir département.

Beauce Energie, company controlled by JP Energie Environnement, entered with a banking pool led by Natixis Energeco and Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Loire Centre into a bank loan intended to finance the project.

The project, with an aggregate investment cost of approximately EUR 80 million, is also financed by Caisse des dépôts et consignation thereby acquiring a 30% equity stake in Beauce Energie’s share capital.

The development of the wind farm is ensured by JP Energie Environnement, while Vestas France will ensure the provision and setting-up of 17 wind turbines and the maintenance of the wind farm which is due to become operational in September 2014.
