Advising the lenders (Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Group) in connection with the financing of the portfolio of four projects developed by Solvay, Caisse des Depots and Marubeni plc for operating cogeneration plants at Solvay’s facilities in Tavaux (Jura – France) and in Spinetta (Italy). These projects represent a production capacity of 230 MW of electrical power and over 900t/h of steam.
