The partners of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei met on 30 November 2016 and decided to renew the governance of the firm, which will be organized as follows:
- A Management Committee comprising Emmanuel Fatôme, appointed as Managing Partner, Emmanuel Chauve and Philippe Guibert, will be in charge of the Firm’s management
- The Management Committee will be assisted by a Partnership Board comprising the 3 members of the Management Committee and 6 partners.
This new governance will come into effect as from 1st January 2017 for three years.

Emmanuel Fatôme, 48, specialises in real estate and real estate finance.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992, he graduated from HEC and holds a master degree in civil law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He joined the firm as an associate in 1995 after a 4-year experience with Gide Loyrette Nouel. He was coopted as a partner in 2000.
He has been distinguished as “Lawyer of the Year” in 2011 in Real Estate and in 2015 in Finance Law for France by the rankings Best lawyers.
