De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advised the funds Apollo Global Management Inc. (APO) on the acquisition from Casino of 12 Géant Casino properties and 19 stores properties under the Monoprix and Casino Supermarkets banners, valued at €465 million net sales price.

Casino Groupre mains involved in the value creation of this transaction through an interest in the company formed by funds managed by Apollo.

On this occasion, Casino received 327 million euros for the transfer of 30 assets, with an additional14 million euros to be received within 12 months at the effective transfer of an asset, which was postponed for technical reasons.
