Advising Altice Media Group, managed by Mr. Patrick Drahi, in connection with the acquisition of Express Roularta Group which, in particular, owns magazines such as L’Express, L’Expansion, Côté Maison, L’Etudiant and A Nous Paris, Lille, Lyon and Marseille (A nous Paris firm) from the Roularta group.

This transaction has been unconditionally authorized by the French Competition Authority on June 3, 2015.
