Advising the Fonds France Nucléaire on its acquisition of a stake in the Masci Group

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised the Fonds France Nucléaire (funded by the French State and EDF, and operated by Siparex) as well as Siparex Entrepreneurs V on the acquisition of a stake in the capital of Masci Group, the French leader in the application of industrial paints, technical coatings, and in the treatment of lead, asbestos and heavy metals, alongside the manager, Jean-Charles Viot, and the fund LT Capital.
