De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advised DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale as arranger, lender and green coordinator and Bpifrance as lender on the implementation of a green financing for the acquisition by Perial Asset Management of the “La Marseillaise” Tower located in the Euroméditerranée district in Marseille, from SCI Tour LM managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers France and owned by Banque des Territoires, Cepac Foncière, a subsidiary of Caisse d’Epargne Cepac, and the Swiss Life France insurance group.
