De ardieu advises the lenders on the financing of two public service delegation contracts awarded to Altta

De Pardieu has advised the lenders on the structuring of the financing of the investments relating to two public service delegation contracts for the operation of the ski areas of the municipalities of Tignes and Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, awarded to the local public company (SPL) ALTTA, Alliance Locale pour la Transition des Territoires d’Altitude.

This financing, in an amount of €260 million, is structured as a combination of bank and bond financing.

Pursuant to these public service delegation contracts, the SPL ALTTA is contractually entrusted with the operation of the ski areas of Tignes and Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise as from 1st June 2026, for a period of 30 years.
