De Pardieu advises a banking pool on the setting-up of a €42 million financing for Prizz Holding

De Pardieu has advised the banking pool (LCL, Banque CIC Nord-Ouest, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie and Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Normandie Seine) on the setting-up of a €42 M financing for Prizz Holding, a high-performance fiber optic infrastructures operator. This financing is intended to support the development of the company’s fiber optice network and consolidate its position as a leading national player in this market.

This new stage will enable Prizz to meet the growing needs of economic players for high-speed connectivity and the increasing number of datacenters.
