De Pardieu advises Champagne EPC on its acquisition of the Charles Mignon Champagne house

This merger will enable Champagne EPC to pursue its growth with confidence, thanks to a new high-performance production site and a supply of high-quality grapes. The Charles Mignon brand will continue to operate independently from EPC, in keeping with its history and identity. EPC, for its part, will continue to rely on its partner winegrowers to showcase the richness and diversity of the terroirs.
