De Pardieu has advised Meanings Capital Partners, a leading unlisted investment platform in France, specializing in the Lower Mid Cap segment, on its entry into the share capital of Suire-Sogeas, further to the combination of Suire Vie & Patrimoine and Sogeas, two insurance brokerage specialists.

This combination is intended to accelerate the consolidation of the market, enhance the group’s development platform and position the newly formed entity as a leading player in a rapidly evolving sector.

This equity investment marks the third transaction carried out by the MPEF IV fund of Meanings Capital Partners.
