Alexis Colcomb advises French and international clients, including credit institutions, investment service providers, management companies and investors on banking and financial regulatory matters and asset management issues. His practice notably covers licensing and passporting, governance, the distribution of financial products and services, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT), as well as the reorganizations and transfers of regulated activities.
Alexis Colcomb also advises on the regulatory aspects of M&A transactions, including regulatory due diligence reviews, acquisitions of or changes in control of regulated entities and, more broadly, related corporate law matters.
Alexis Colcomb is also experienced in advising on French foreign investment screening procedures, notably in connection with acquisitions or investments in sectors subject to review by the French Ministry for the Economy.
He joined the Debt Finance / Banking and financial regulatory team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2026.
