De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Excellence Imagerie and its shareholders, including UI Investissement – an independent company specializing in the development of unlisted French companies – on the entry of Antin Infrastructure Partners into the share capital of Excellence Imagerie, a French independent medical imaging group.
Excellence Imagerie now has four main radiology centres, making it one of the largest medical imaging networks in France. With 160 employees and 60 radiologists, it carries out 400,000 consultations a year.
Thanks to the arrival of Antin Infrastructure Partners as a key partner alongside the radiologists partners and UI Investissement, led by Olivier Jarrousse and Stéphanie Pépineau, Excellence Imagerie will further confirm and develop its unique positioning, which focuses on the quality and accessibility of care by relying on expert radiologists and state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment.
Excellence Imagerie intends to implement its development plan by extending its footprint through partnerships with radiologists across the country. In connection with this transaction, Excellence Imagerie will also welcome two new leading groups into its network: GIMA, medical imaging group based in Angers, and Imagerie Duroc, radiology center based in Paris.
Closing of these transactions is subject to customary regulatory approvals and conditions.
