De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Cale Street Investments 2 LP on a bond financing for Tesfran, a company managed by Primonial Reim France on behalf of institutional investors, in the context of the redevelopment of the office tower “Tour Hopen” (former Adria Tower occupied by TechnipFMC) developing more than 58,000 sq.m. of office space and located in La Défense (92).
