Eryk Nowakowski advises French and international clients, including banks, debt funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers, and applies his expertise to syndicated and structured finance transactions, acquisition finance and debt restructuring.
He also specialises in private bond issues and in the area of capital markets relating to debt securities (bonds, Euro PP, TCN, USPP).
He joined the Debt Finance team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2017 and was promoted to counsel in 2026.
