De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advisied InVivo Retail (Gamm vert / Delbard) in connection with the acquisition of Jardiland from L-GAM, the long-term investment firm. As a result of the transaction, InVivo Retail will hold 100% of the shares of Jardiland, and L-GAM will take a minority stake in InVivo Retail.

The Autorité de la concurrence clears the acquisition of Jardiland group by InVivo group subject to divestiture of 11 stores.

The leading French agricultural cooperative group, the InVivo Group has 206 cooperatives, bringing together almost 300,000 farmers; it has 10,200 employees in 34 countries. Its 2016–2017 turnover amounted to € 5.5 billion.
