De Pardieu has advised MBO+ on its acquisition of a majority stake in Geomines, alongside the management team.

Founded in 2000, Geomines is a company specializing in the assessment and mitigation of explosive hazards, including both onshore and underwater explosive ordnance clearance activities.

The transaction is part of the recapitalization of Geomines, with MBO+ acquiring a majority stake alongside the management team, replacing the previous shareholder.
