De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advised Altice, parent company of SFR, on the entering into an exclusivity agreement with Cellnex, Europe’s leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures, for the sale of 100% of Hivory, the leading French telecom towers company operating more than 10.000 towers in which Altice owns a 50.01% stake, for an enterprise value of EUR 5.2 billion.
