De Pardieu has advised the Radat family, co-shareholder of the industrial group Atlantic, a European leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) solutions on the sale of a majority stake in Groupe Atlantic to Paloma Rheem group, a global leader in heating, air-conditioning and water-heating solutions.
Following clearance by the French authorities, the transaction has been completed thereby creating a global industry leader in a sector experiencing heightened international competition and an ongoing market consolidation.
The Groupe Atlantic, with revenues of €2.8 billion and approximately 12 000 employees, will retain its headquarters in France and its operational autonomy within the Paloma Rheem group. The Radat family will remain a minority shareholder.
