Albéric Duhamel-Delattre advises French and international clients in the areas of private equity (LBOs and venture capital),mergers and acquisitions, and company law.
He works with listed and unlisted companies, start-ups, family businesses, industrial groups, financial sector players andinvestment funds on their long-term financing transactions, both in France and internationally. He advises clients at everystage of their transactions, particularly in relation to acquisitions and disposals, fundraising, group reorganisations andcorporate governance matters.
He joined De Pardieu’s Corporate – M&A – Private Equity team as an associate in 2025.
