The Employment law team advises and represents clients across a broad scope of employment and labor law related matters.
The team has the needed combination of skills and expertise to provide clients with solutions best suited for their strategy and personalized guidance to manage the individual and collective aspects of employment law, such as putting in place supplementary retirement plans and insurance coverage, managing the employment law aspects of corporate reorganizations, M&A and the outsourcing of services.
The team advises both French, large international corporations and smaller businesses, as well as public entities, covering a broad range of industries (manufacturing, construction, metallurgy, oil and petrochemicals, retail, IT and computers, banking, among others).
In addition to its stand-alone employment law practice, the Employment law team regularly works alongside lawyers in the Firm’s other practice groups, particularly the Corporate/M&A, Insolvency/Restructuring and Banking/Finance teams. Given the ever changing legislation and legal precedent in this area, the ability to rely on assistance from the Employment law team allows lawyers in other practice areas to provide optimal support and reassure clients involved in large and complex transactions, both in France and internationally.
