De Pardieu Brocas Maffei strengthens its Employment Law practice with the arrival of a new team led by Philippe Rozec and comprising 6 specialist lawyers
Thierry Brocas, Managing Partner of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei comments “We are pleased to welcome Philippe Rozec and his team permitting to develop the Employment Law practice of our Firm and thereby reflecting the importance of employment-related issues in the various practice areas of our Firm”.
The Employment Law team now comprises 9 lawyers, including two partners: Philippe Rozec and Florence Dupont-Fargeaud. The team provides advisory and dispute resolution assistance in the various areas of employment and social protection laws. It advises large domestic and international groups of companies as well as public bodies in numerous business sectors (industry, construction, metallurgy, oil and petrochemicals, services and trade, information technology, banking, etc.).
The Employment Law team also currently works with lawyers from the firm’s other departments, including the Corporate – M&A, Restructuring & Insolvency and Banking & Finance teams.
