Allianz will take 49% of shares in 5 shopping centers held and managed by Altaréa-Cogedim.

The portfolio comprises the assets of Bercy Village, Toulouse-Espace Gramont, shops in Gare de l’Est, Gennevilliers-Espace Chanteraines, and the project of Toulon-La Valette, for a global amount exceeding € 800M.
