Advising Batipart and Covéa on the acquisition of pan-european portfolio of real estate assets from Adeo Group

Advising Batipart and Covéa on the acquisition from Adeo, parent company of Leroy Merlin, of a pan-European portfolio of real estate assets, in the form of a sale and lease back, consisting of 42 stores in four countries (France, Spain, Italy and Portugal), fully let to Leroy Merlin and Bricoman brands for over €500M and developing a total surface area of more than 400,000m² secured by long-term leases.
As Batipart is already present in several real estate sectors such as offices, hospitality, housing, leisure and healthcare, this portofolio supplements the assets managed by the Group.
The Batipart group will manage the assets acquired thanks to its teams based in Luxembourg, Paris, Toulouse, Madrid and Milan, and reiterates its will to continue its real estate development.
