Advising DoveVivo on the acquisition of Chez Nestor

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised DoveVivo, European platform dedicated to residential asset management, on the acquisition of Chez Nestor, the French coling leader with a portfolio of over 1,300 beds in 6 cities.

Chez Nestor was founded in Lyon in 2012 by Hubert Dubois and Louis Bonduelle and has gradually developed a service to help students, young professionals and “digital nomads” easily find an all-inclusive, fully furnished shared accommodation solution with personalized premium services. The company, which has grown very rapidly in recent years, is now present in Lyon, Paris, Montpellier, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Lille, with a team of 40 people.

DoveVivo launched its subsidiary in France in 2020, headed by Axelle Baillet, Country Director, and has already signed up 500 rooms in Paris, Lille and Bordeaux. This acquisition will allow the two teams to join forces to accelerate their growth in the French coliving market and to pool their expertise and know-how.
